3/4 cupSour Cream
Directions
1. Prick potatoes with a fork to allow steam to escape. bake potatoes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit until tender, about 1 hour.2. Cool potatoes slightly and cut each potato lengthwise into halves. Scoop out insides, leaving a thin shell.
3. Spread butter on the insides of potato shells and sprinkle with salt. Cut each potato into six pieces, sprinkle with cheese.
4. Set oven control to broil or 550 Fahrenheit.
5. Broil potato pieces about 5" from heat until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool and top with avocado and sour cream. Serve.
